Dr. Paul Boeder, MDDr. Boeder, a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, has practiced in the Eastern Wisconsin area for over 12 years and introduced the no-incision sterilization (Essure® Procedure) to the Fox Valley. He provides a full range of gynecologic surgeries and services and lives in the area with his wife and four children. Dr. Boeder is active in hospital and community service and is working on teen pregnancy prevention initiatives. He is very proud of the skilled and caring staff he’s assembled at the Advanced Women’s Healthcare Center.
Dr. Boeder enjoys managing the comprehensive care needed for well-rounded and properly coordinated health screening, as well as making the many advances in women’s healthcare available to all women.
Karen Fredrick, MSN, WHNPKaren has practiced women’s medicine in the Berlin and Appleton areas for over 10 years and has recently received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from UW-Milwaukee. Although her passion lies within the women’s health arena, she also has extensive experience in the areas of home healthcare and healthcare management. Karen lives in the area with her husband and three daughters.
Karen’s friendly and professional attitude helps to build strong connections with her patients. She believes that listening to patients is a key factor in proper diagnosis and treatment, and education leads to positive patient outcomes. She provides comprehensive annual examinations and counsels women on an array of health issues encountered throughout one’s life.
Terrie Cummings, MATerrie received her technical diploma degree as an operating room assistant from Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton and has since worked as an optometric assistant for five years and a qualified surgical technician for an oral surgeon for 10 years. More recently before joining the AWHC team, she assisted with surgeries in the operating rooms at Mercy Medical Center, Oshkosh; Theda Clark, Neenah and St. Agnes Hospital, Fond du Lac.
Terrie enjoys being in an environment where patient understanding, care and education is of the highest priority. That aspect of medical care is of great importance to her, and she is proud to be part of the team that can provide that type of care for women.
